Puppy Rearing
Puppies are raised with a program called AviDog which includes Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introductions. These programs help socialize, expose to gentle stressors, develop problem solving and adaptation skills, as well as build confidence. There are also studies that show improved health benefits as well such as improved immune response and circulation. All my puppies are started on potty training and crate training.
Puppies are dewormed at 2,4,6, and 8 weeks of age.
Nomograph are done on my moms to determine how much antibodies the puppies receive and when the best time to vaccinate them is. This helps ensure the vaccines given are effective as well as helps us prevent over vaccinations.
Puppies are taken to my vet before they go home to receive their first vaccine and health certificates.
At pickup, new families receive custom bags with toys, poop bags, a bag of food they are currently on and a binder. Inside the binder is a copy of my contract, a copy of the nomograph, a vaccine schedule, training tips, grooming supplies and tips, coupons and much more.
