Hi! I’m Samantha, owner and breeder of Riverstone Goldens.
I belong to the Golden Retriever Club of America, Allentown Dog Training Club, and Keystone Retriever Club. I enjoy training and handling my dogs at many events all over the country and even Canada. I love showing off my dogs’ biddability and versatility through earning titles in multiple sports. My dogs and I compete in conformation, rally, obedience, scent work, hunting and dock diving just to name a few. I strive to breed structurally and temperamentally sound puppies who are able to compete in the breed ring as well as compete in performance sports, all while being lovable companions.
Here at Riverstone Goldens, my dogs live as royalty. They enjoy sleeping in the bed, cuddling on the couch, and are loved members of my family. We frequently travel to New Jersey to have puppy play dates on the beach with our friends, as well as go on multiple hikes through out the week. They even get to accompany me at work where I help owners train their pets to be well-mannered citizens and compete in performance sports. I have my CPDT-KA, KPA-CTP, am an AKC CGC Evaluator, an AKC ATT judge, and am actively pursuing my IAABC-ATP.
Health is very important to us at Riverstone. Each of my dogs receive their health clearances before being bred. This includes hips and elbows through a radiologist, hearts through a veterinary cardiologist, and eyes examined yearly by a canine ophthalmologist. We also perform genetic testing on each of our dogs through Embark or Paw Print Genetics. All are certified through the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) or PennHip and listed on their public database.
